The Community Bank of Downers Grove congratulates Beth Goodrick of Wayne Hummer Investments and her family who were winners of the 1st Annual Downtown Downers Grove Management Corp's Annual Gingerbread House contest! Goodrick and her family created a replica of The Community Bank of Downers Grove and took home first prize in the Family Division. Read more.
Junior Saver Community Service Campaign
Community Bank of Downers Grove is committed to helping the community. Every month a new, local, not-for-profit organization is chosen to be featured at the bank. Customers are encouraged to donate items in need for the specified organization. If you are a Junior Saver, we'll give you a Treat Dollar every time you donate.

Walk-In Ministry of Hope needs the following items:
Diapers, baby wipes, and men's socks.

Under that program, through June 30, 2010, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
